What kind of bags do you sell?

We create handcrafted bags made from 100% full-grain Ethiopian leather. Each piece is designed for everyday elegance durable, timeless, and made to last.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Our bags are made in small batches, so once they sell out they may not return. However, some best-sellers are restocked. You can join our email list or follow us on Instagram for restock updates.

How do I care for my bag?

Each Joywot bag is made from full-grain Ethiopian leather. To keep it looking its best, wipe gently with a soft cloth, condition occasionally, and store in its dust bag when not in use.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay securely using digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely by Square, a PCI Level 1 certified provider. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our website.

Do you offer installment payments or split payments?

At this time, we accept full payments only. We’re exploring flexible options for the future.

Can I return a product?

All sales are final. Because our bags are handcrafted luxury items, each piece is delivered brand new and exclusively for you. We do not accept returns to ensure that every customer receives a product that has never been opened, handled, or previously used.

How do I request a return or refund?

At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds. This policy allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality and exclusivity for our customers. We carefully inspect and package each order before shipping to guarantee that you receive it in perfect condition.

When will I receive my refund?

Since all sales are final, refunds are not available. We encourage you to review product descriptions, dimensions, and care instructions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions before placing your order, we will be happy to assist you.
